Overrated works with carefully selected affiliate partners to bring you a curated shopping experience. When you purchase an item through our links, you are completing your order directly with the retailer—not with Overrated.

All shipping, processing, returns, and customer service for these purchases are handled by the retailer you buy from.

Affiliate Orders
Because affiliate purchases are processed by external retailers, their policies apply. Please review the specific retailer’s shipping and return guidelines before placing an order. Overrated does not ship, fulfill, or accept returns for affiliate products.

Future Overrated Products
We’re in the process of developing our own exclusive products—designed, produced, and shipped directly by Overrated.
Once launched, all Overrated-branded items will follow our internal Shipping & Returns Policy, which will be listed here and on each product page.

If You Have an Issue with an Affiliate Order

Refunds & Exchanges (Affiliate Orders)
Refunds and exchanges can only be processed through the retailer where the order was placed. Overrated cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or credits for affiliate purchases.
